I have been a Trustee for the Village of Hopkins Park for 12 years. My purpose for becoming a Trustee was to help my community progress, grow and become a thriving community. I believe with bringing  in infrastructure and economic development, this will be a step in the right direction for our community . I want to be known to my community as a Trustee they can trust and talk too.

Tonia Thomas

I have been a Trustee for the Village of Hopkins Park for 5 years and a resident in the Village of Hopkins Park since 1975. Currently employed at Amita Health and certified in conflict resolution.  I am also involved in Special Interest, Community Projects and Activities for Children as well as hold a seat on the School Board for district 259. My vision for the community is for it to grow and move forward in the 21St century, to see collaboration, pride and prosperity among the residents.

I been a resident of Pembroke Township and Hopkins Park for 50 years. I was appointed a Board Member for the Village of Hopkins Park in May 2019. My vision for the Village of Hopkins Park is to see the community work together to establish growth and development. I was a previous member of the Pembroke Public Library Board.

I moved to Pembroke Township in 1964. I have been involved in local government since the late 1970's. I have held a seat as a Village Trustee for 9 years. My vision for the community is see our community gain economic development, clean water , high speed Internet, affordable housing and natural gas for the entire community, just as the neighboring communities have.

Samanthia Baines

 I have lived in the area for the majority of my life,  raising my children and grandchildren.  I am the wife of Mark A. Baines, Fire Chief of Pembroke Township. I'm committed to the Lord Jesus to properly govern the Village of Hopkins Park. I am well educated in Management, Public Administration and Criminal Justice .  Former Post Mistress of the Hopkins Park Post Office.  In my spare time, I teach Sunday school  to the youth,  an active reader in the Ladies of Pembroke Book Club and a loving wife to the Fire Chief!
